Data, purposes and legal basis

We process your name, contact details, date, time, party size and any request you enter to receive, assess, confirm and manage the booking. Processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request and perform the booking. We also retain essential technical events to prevent abuse and resolve disputes, based on our legitimate interest in service security.

Do not enter health or other sensitive data in special requests. Contact us directly about allergies or medical requirements.

Recipients and transfers

Data is available only to authorised staff and the providers needed for database, hosting and email delivery (Supabase, Vercel and Resend), appointed or assessed according to their role. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. We do not sell booking data.

Retention

Booking identifiers are automatically anonymised 365 days after the service date, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to the contact above. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
